Dr. Rinki Varindani Desai is a medical speech-language pathologist, board-certified dysphagia and dementia specialist, digital health strategist, educator, founder, researcher, and mom.
Over the past 15 years, she has intentionally designed a portfolio career around her clinical expertise, passions, and evolving seasons of life. Her work portfolio includes direct patient care across healthcare settings, clinical education, entrepreneurship, healthcare leadership, and mentorship — all grounded in advancing the profession that helped shape her journey and purpose.
