Dr. Rinki Varindani Desai is a medical speech-language pathologist, board-certified dysphagia specialist, healthtech advisor, clinical educator, founder, researcher, and toddler mom.
Over the past 15 years, she has intentionally designed a portfolio career around her clinical expertise, passions, and evolving seasons of life. Her work includes over a decade of patient care, clinical education, entrepreneurship, healthcare leadership, and mentorship — all grounded in advancing the profession that helped shaped her journey and purpose.
Now, she spends her time supporting SLPs as they explore career reinvention, partnering with healthcare organizations through her consulting work, and offering expert guidance to individuals navigating complex swallowing, communication, and cognitive challenges.
