Dr. Rinki Varindani Desai is a medical speech-language pathologist, board-certified dysphagia specialist, digital health advisor, clinical educator, founder, researcher, and toddler mom.
Over the past 15 years, she has intentionally designed a portfolio career around her clinical expertise, passions, and evolving seasons of life. Her work portfolio includes over a decade of experience in patient care, clinical education, entrepreneurship, healthcare leadership, and mentorship — all grounded in advancing the profession that helped shape her journey and purpose.
Now, she is dedicated to supporting SLPs as they explore career reinvention, partnering with healthcare organizations through consulting, and offering expert guidance to individuals navigating complex swallowing, communication, and cognitive challenges.
