Dr. Rinki Varindani Desai is a medical speech-language pathologist, board-certified dysphagia specialist, digital health consultant, clinical educator, entrepreneur, researcher, and mom.
Over the past 15 years, she has intentionally designed a portfolio career around her clinical expertise, passions, strengths, and seasons of life. Her work spans direct patient care, clinical education, entrepreneurship, and leadership —
all grounded in the profession that shaped her.
Today, she spends her time supporting SLPs as they explore career reinvention, partnering with healthcare organizations through digital health consulting, and offering expert guidance to individuals navigating complex swallowing, communication, and cognitive challenges.
